Japan

Mexico
Boasting one of the world’s spiciest culinary traditions, Mexicans display their full arsenal of flavors during Christmas. A typical Christmas dinner in Mexico usually includes at least one of the following:

- Bacalao y romeritos (salted codfish and seepweed)
- Birria (spicy goat stew)
