CHEF GOURMET® is rapidly growing, thanks to the creative business ingenuity of Mr. Alvin Garces (President & C.E.O.) & the excellent culinary skills of Mrs. Cyndi Garces (Founder & Executive Chef), this once small caterer is now “The #1 Largest Footprint of Amazon Canteen” since its launch date of March 6, 2024. In only 6-months, they have grown from an average production of 200 hot meals daily to 1500 every day. Chef Cyndi graduated with a Culinary Arts honors degree from Le Cordon Bleu in 2003. Her 39 years of restaurant and food industry experience resulted in the ability to make any kind of food taste good.
Alvin Garces is the President & C.E.O. of CHEF GOURMET®. His IQ of 192 categorized him as a creative genius, which gifted him the ability to focus on making impossible things possible. He joined Chef Cyndi’s catering company for one single purpose… to make it a successful business! He is proud to be a nominee for three consecutive years at 2022-2024 Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards, aka “Oscars of Business.” This prestigious award recognizes exceptional businesses in the Southern California region. CHEF GOURMET® is a leading and innovative catering company tailored for corporate clientele. It was founded in 2014 as a modest sideline operation, but soon after, Alvin landed a large corporate client – a remarkable turning point for this company. It prides itself on crafting unparalleled experiences. Alvin & Chef Cyndi now lead a dynamic and goal-oriented team of 19 professionals dedicated to meeting all clients needs.

I first had a taste of what Chef Gourmet has to offer back in March 2015 – it was a sandwich on whole wheat bread with chips – my rating: 5 stars!!!! Presentation and packing was excellent BUT what stood out was the TASTE. Then a week after, I had the chicken with rice pilaf. I took a bite and took the leftover home with me and ate it the following day at work, even shared it with my co-worker. Portion was big enough to share and again.. the TASTE!!!
